Tips in this Tour:   Read More
This is a rigorous walking tour that will require up to three hours on foot. Make sure to wear comfortable walking shoes and be ready to exercise. Also keep your rain gear in hand, as Ireland is known for its frequent, unpredictable showers.
This tour will land you in the fishing village of Howth around dinnertime. You may want to call ahead to book reservations if you prefer not to wait to be seated. However, if you're not picky, the peninsula's restaurants all offer the same fresh fish from the Irish Sea. There are plenty of small restaurants and stands where you can purchase dinner to eat by the water!
Bring your camera. While there is no photography allowed inside Malahide Castle, there are plenty of photo opportunities on the surrounding grounds. Also, you'll have plenty of chances on the beach walk to snap great photos of Ireland's nature.
Bring your ID card with you to Malahide Castle. The tour offers lower rates for students, seniors and children.
Dogs are welcome at the beaches but beware: it's a hefty fine of €150 - €300 if you neglect to pick up the droppings. At the current exchange rate that's between $200 - $500!!!
